This is a breaking update that adds “generalized software reporting.” It seems to be part of a larger “software deployment plugins” feature in Snakemake. Considering that version 2.0.1 of snakemake-interface-report-plugins was just released, and it uses a git dependency on the feat/software-deployment-plugins branch of Snakemake “until the branch is merged,” I think that this group of updates is not ready even for Rawhide. Let’s wait until snakemake itself is updated.
