Package looks OK, but do you really need this old version (0.31.1)? The latest version is 0.36.1.

Note that the "fix" upstream applied to include license texts is wrong, it didn't work, the latest versions have "package.include" settings but they are dangling references and no files are getting included.

Changelog:

- License file source pinned to a specific upstream commit rather than master
- Staying on 0.31.1 for now rather than 0.36.1: emath is version-locked with epaint/epaint_default_fonts/egui and several downstream consumers (egui-miniquad, egui-macroquad, xrizer) on this line; a full family bump can be evaluated later
