Looks mostly OK, some minor things:

- Update to latest version: This is for 0.4.8, 0.4.11 is the latest, it looks like the update should not cause problems.
- Drop bindings for Java and JavaScript (java/ and js/ folders), and potentially also the nix config file.

Changelog:

- Updated to 0.4.11 (from 0.4.8)
- Dropped the Java/JavaScript bindings (java/, js/) and the Nix config file, captured in rust2rpm.toml so regeneration reproduces the spec exactly
- Added the ime_output.txt doc file, correctly detected by a fresh crawl for 0.4.11 but missing from the packaged file list
