Description fedepell 2026-03-17 05:11:16 UTC
Would it be possible to branch and build python-debian in EPEL10?

I've done some tests locally on 10 and it should be straight forward, a mockbuild of current rawhide succeeded without changes for epel10. I'd need this as a dependency for reuse.

If you do not wish to maintain python-debian in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS fedepell);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-debian/adduser

I'd be glad to help in general maintaining the package (ie. help on the pending version updates).

Many thanks!
F.

I added you as a co-maintainer.
Feel free to build it for EPEL.
Co-maintainance of Fedora branches is welcomed too.
