Media written to a USB drive with Fedora Media Writer on Windows 10 (x86_64, BIOS) fail the media check when booted. The tested ISO files work correctly when written to the same USB drive via a different method. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install Fedora Media Writer and dependencies for Windows (5.2.9 was tested[0]) 2. Select an ISO to write to the USB drive (tested with Fedora 44 Branched 20260314.n.0[1]) 3. Write the media 4. Insert drive into computer, reboot to the inserted USB drive 5. Select "Test this media and install..." from the GRUB menu Actual Results: Media check fails. Expected Results: Media check to pass, installation to proceed.
