Description of problem: Using the menu editor (alacarte) and clicking revert
sometimes breaks Wine's Programs menu names. Screenshot attached

I am aware that wine menus are sort of fragile but thats not a bug in wine but
probably something alacarte is not meant to deal with or just a result of the
strange windings of the .desktop implementations. Wine folks are working on a
new way to integrate the wine desktop entries so I will close this as CANTFIX.
