The affected method is org.codehaus.plexus.util.Expand.extractFile. The l10n-maven-plugin package does not use that method, nor the Expand class.  It only uses:
- org.codehaus.plexus.util.DirectoryScanner
- org.codehaus.plexus.util.StringUtils
