Description of problem:

I'm trying to update python-metakernel in EPEL 10. The new version build requires poetry-core >= 2.0.0.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Currenr source rpm in EPEL 10 is:
python-poetry-core-1.9.0-1.el10_0

How reproducible:

Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install 'python3dist(poetry-core) >= 2'

Actual results:

No matching package to install: 'python3dist(poetry-core) >= 2'

Expected results:

Successful installation
