Package APPROVED, but see minor points below.

Package Review
==============

Legend:
[x] = Pass, [!] = Fail, [-] = Not applicable, [?] = Not evaluated
[ ] = Manual review needed

Personally, I don't like macros in URL because I want to right click
and be able to get somewhere without manually reconstructing the
link parts. eg consider using:

URL:    https://github.com/maxfischer2781/asyncstdlib

The tag: value is unused - remove it from the spec file.

Remove the rpmautospec comments and autorelease define?

The spec vs srpm/spec file changes are due to autochangelog
and can be ignored. The rpmlint errors on spelling errors
can be ignored too.
