Description of problem:
I can't send email using <Ctrl + Enter_on_numeric_keyboard> - I guess this is
OK (e.g. Sylpheed also don't send email using keyborad shortcut), but I'm not
sure if it is correct behaviour.

How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to send email using <Ctrl+Enter_num_keyb>


Actual results:
nothing happens


Expected results:
email is send as with <Ctrl+Enter>

I'm going to move this upstream and have the Evolution authors look into the
problem.  Seems like it should be pretty simple to fix.
