perl-BSON-1.12.2-19.fc45 fails to build in Fedora 45 because some tests fail like this:

Unable to find JSON::PP::object to override at t/lib/CorpusTest.pm line 48.
Compilation failed in require at t/corpus/array.t line 12.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at t/corpus/array.t line 12.
t/corpus/array.t ................. 
Dubious, test returned 255 (wstat 65280, 0xff00)
No subtests run 

A difference between passing and failing build root is at <https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/build/22697005>. An upgrade of perl-JSON-PP from 1:4.16-523.fc44 to 1:4.18-1.fc45 is suspicious.
