Description of problem:

texlive-biblatex is missing in EPEL.  Could it please be added?  Thanks.

Hi Orion,

texlive-biblatex requires on biber which is not available in epel9. We need to have it first in EPEL9.
Could you please create a request in biber component to add it to EPEL9?

Done (at least partially).  It has quite the dep chain.

I think things should be good to go for you in EPEL10 and EPEL9. A buildroot override for biber is in place for EPEL9 and is stable for EPEL10/10.2/10.3.
