With libvorbis-1.3.7-18.fc45 , the mingw32-libvorbis and mingw64-libvorbis packages are uninstallable because they have unsatisfiable dependencies:

New dependency problems in the tested packages themselves:
package: mingw32-libvorbis-1:1.3.7-18.fc45.x86_64 from file:///mnt/update_repo
  mingw32(vorbis.dll)
package: mingw64-libvorbis-1:1.3.7-18.fc45.x86_64 from file:///mnt/update_repo
  mingw64(vorbis.dll)

mingw32-libvorbis provides mingw32(libvorbis.dll) and mingw64-libvorbis provides mingw64(libvorbis.dll).
