Update to a new upstream release of <code>python-setuptools</code> that is not completely compatible with previous releases. Most notably, pkg_resources module was removed. This is a breaking change and Fedora packages that use pkg_resources should use the [https://docs.python.org/3/library/importlib.resources.html importlib.resources] and [https://docs.python.org/3/library/importlib.metadata.html importlib.metadata] projects for common use cases.
