If you want to trigger a new Copr build, add a comment containing new
Spec and SRPM URLs or [fedora-review-service-build] string.

It looks like you forgot to fill out the https://bugzilla.redhat.com/enter_bug.cgi?product=Fedora&format=fedora-review template, and particularly, you forgot to include links to the spec file and source RPM.
