perl-Gtk2-1.24993-24.fc45 fails to build in Fedora 45:

A difference between passing and failing build root is at <https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/build/22889067>. An upgrade of perl-ExtUtils-ParseXS from 1:3.61-2.fc44 to 1:3.63-1.fc45 is suspicious.
