This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 45 development cycle.
Changing version to 45.

Mapped the issue to Bouncy Castle bcprov: G3413CTRBlockCipher / GOST CTR mishandles data past 255 blocks; affects BC 1.59–<1.84 per NVD and the BC wiki.
The build in fedora does not use BC so it is not affected.
