OG bug was used for Rawhide, cloning for F44 as components are different

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch KMail.
2. Open a PGP-signed email.
Actual Results:
KMail crashes with `SIGABRT`.

Expected Results:
No crash.

An upstream fix exists: https://github.com/gpg/gpgmeqt/commit/150b23c105f3ea7034e6f106e60686aea4e4a13e
