perl-LWP-ConsoleLogger-1.0.1-8.fc45 fails to build in Fedora 45 because tests fail like this:

plan() doesn't understand import ARRAY(0x5565425af6a8) at t/LWP/ConsoleLogger.t line 12.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at t/LWP/ConsoleLogger.t line 12.
t/LWP/ConsoleLogger.t ................................ 
Dubious, test returned 255 (wstat 65280, 0xff00)

A difference between passing and failing build root is at <https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/build/22944230>. An upgrade of perl-Test-Most from 0.38-9.fc44 to 0.41-1.fc45 is suspicious.
