NetworkManager sends bad information to pacrunner. The upstream bug report for this is: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/-/work_items/1940 However, this bug can be trivially patched by commenting out a handful of lines. As such, it would be nice to get an update without having to wait for a NM release to fix this "properly". In the meantime it would at least go from "unusable" to "slightly imperfect." Update: the NetworkManager maintainers have agreed that the correct fix is to remove this code. See the upstream PR for the accepted patch (which does the same thing but actually removes the code entirely.)
