Description of problem:
   libpaper can't be rebuilded with automake 1.10


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
   libpaper-1.1.20-5
   automake-1.10-5


Steps to Reproduce:
rpmbuild -bb libpaper.spec

+ automake -a
configure.ac:5: version mismatch.  This is Automake 1.10,
configure.ac:5: but the definition used by this AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE
configure.ac:5: comes from Automake 1.9.6.  You should recreate
configure.ac:5: aclocal.m4 with aclocal and run automake again.
