Description of problem:
On current RHEL4 kernel, large Intuos3 tablets and Cintiq tablets don't
work correctly, only using part of the screen.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure X server to use the tablet
2. Try to reach the lower right on the tablet
Actual results:
Isn't possible to reach all places in the screen.

Expected results:
Tablet should work correctly.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
