Description of problem:
Package python-jwt fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide. In Fedora Rawhide the only pytest available is 9+.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.12.1-2.fc45

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f45 python-jwt-2.12.1-2.fc45.src.rpm

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 45 development cycle.
Changing version to 45.
