net-snmp-5.9.5.2-4.fc45 fails to build in Fedora 45 because a test fails:

A difference between last passing and first failing build root is at <https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/build/22834666>, though I'm not sure it was the same failure at that time.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 45 development cycle.
Changing version to 45.
