Waiting for upstream to push tags to GitHub, https://github.com/BurntSushi/jiff/issues/559. This release just updates the bundled tzdata to 2026b, and we always use the system tzdata, so for us it is just an empty version-number bump. I’ll still ship it at some point so that nobody has to patch their dependency bounds.
