ISC DHCP is not affected. This is a BIND server-side issue. The ISC DHCP server does not natively support GSS-API TKEY negotiation / GSS-TSIG for DDNS updates. It supports standard TSIG-based DDNS updates to DNS servers like BIND, but not Kerberos/GSS-TSIG negotiation used commonly with Microsoft Active Directory secure DNS updates. ISC DHCP uses portions of the ISC BIND libraries (primarily libdns, omapi, and libisccfg) only to support DDNS (TSIG support, DNS message construction/parsing, DHCID generation), OMAPI related operations, basic functions (configuration handling, data structures, logging, networking primitives).
