Per https://github.com/dracut-ng/dracut/issues/2458 , since Fedora-Rawhide-20260524.n.0 I'm seeing failures in a test where we do an encrypted install from the Server DVD with the "custom environment" (i.e. minimal, more or less) package set. The installed system fails to boot because the initramfs does not contain libcryptsetup.so.12 .

ngompa says this was fixed upstream already, but the fix is in v111 and Fedora is behind. We need to either get Rawhide updated to 111, or backport the fixes.
