Please branch and build python-jaraco-path in epel10.

If you do not wish to maintain python-jaraco-path in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS: salimma);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-jaraco-path/adduser

As this was opened only to unblock packaging python-setuptools into epel10, whcih was bogus, I will close it. If you need this for anything else, please feel free to reopen.
