This affects perl-Sereal-Decoder prior to version 5.005.

This fix in version 5.005 was backported to version 4.018 for EPEL-8 and EPEL-9.

EPEL-10.3 has perl-Sereal-Decoder-5.006.

These updates are already stable. An update to perl-Sereal-Decoder-5.006 is still to be done for EPEL 10.2.
