This is a tracking bug for Change: Versioned libgit2 packages

Going forward, only fully versioned packages for libgit2 will be provided. Dependent libraries and applications are adapted to build and link with the specific libgit2 version they support, and the version-less package names will no longer be provided.

The libgit2_1.9 package was imported and built:
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2026-5cc894dc65

The libgit2 package was retired:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/libgit2/c/f924662

There are still a handful of pending Pull Requests against dependent packages to adapt to this change, but it is now essentially fully implemented and testable.
