Upstream LibreOffice recommends using the "new" (~2018) help that displays in the system browser, but it looks like Fedora has never used that option. Is there a specific downstream Fedora decision to stick with the older built-in help window? Or just never got around to it? External browser bits were added upstream in 3feafa82dd2cbb16423a69f7bacef5524376cc7a. I tested switching to --with-help=html in the Fedora package and it works. Specfile changes are a bit annoying as LibreOffice doesn't put the en-US help files in a separate directory, but they are sprinkled throughout. That's being discussed upstream. I'll attach a patch that updates the help sub packages with the new layout. Reproducible: Always

Thanks, I currently am in the process of updating LO in rawhide to 26.8. When things settle, I'll look at implementing your patch.
