Io-language fails to build on i686 architecture:

+ install -m 755 addons/Thread/_build/dll/libIoThread.so /builddir/build/BUILD/Io-language-20170906-build/BUILDROOT/usr/lib/io/addons/Thread/_build/dll
install: cannot stat 'addons/Thread/_build/dll/libIoThread.so': No such file or directory

Other arches build fine.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 45 development cycle.
Changing version to 45.

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/Io-language/pull-request/3 excludes the architecture. According to my query, this is a leaf package.
