perl-Crypt-SSLeay-0.72-50.fc45 fails to build in Fedora 45:

This is triggered by upgrading openssl-devel from 1:3.5.7-1.fc45 to 1:4.0.1-1.fc45. OpenSSL 4 intentionally made asn1_string_st structure opaque and its internals need to be accesses with function calls.
