Description fabio140185@gmail.com 2026-06-27 23:59:09 UTC
Description of problem:
Intel 9462 Bluetooth adapter fails to detect generic Bluetooth keyboard model A6732T.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora 44
bluez-5.86-5.fc44.x86_64
Kernel: 7.0.13-200.fc44.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on the A6732T keyboard and put it in pairing mode (Fn + W + hold Connect button until LED blinks)
2. Run: bluetoothctl → power on → scan on
3. The keyboard is not detected (no [NEW] Device appears)

Actual results:
The keyboard is not visible during scan, even with pairing LED blinking. No connection possible.

Expected results:
The keyboard should be detected and pair normally, as it does on Android and on another laptop with Intel AX201.

Additional info:
- Firmware: ibt-0040-1020.sfi version 151-5.24 (2024)
- Already tried: clear Bluetooth cache, rmmod/modprobe btusb, blueman, btmgmt power cycle, different keyboard modes.
- Works fine on Intel AX201, fails only on 9462 (Jefferson Peak).

Descrição do problema:
O adaptador Bluetooth Intel 9462 não detecta o teclado Bluetooth genérico modelo A6732T.

Versão/número de lançamento do componente selecionado (se aplicável):
Fedora 44
bluez-5.86-5.fc44.x86_64
Kernel: 7.0.13-200.fc44.x86_64

Reprodutibilidade:
Sempre

Passos para reproduzir:
1. Ligue o teclado A6732T e coloque-o no modo de pareamento (Fn + W + manter pressionado o botão Connect até o LED piscar)
2. Execute: bluetoothctl → power on → scan on
3. O teclado não é detectado (nenhum dispositivo [NEW] aparece)

- Funciona corretamente no Intel AX201; falha apenas no 9462 (Jefferson Peak).)
