Description of problem:
Split off from bug 
The intuos 3, model PTZ-1230/G is detected by the current driver but the cursor
is reported to be non-functional.

USB IDs for tablet:
        Bus 001 Device 002: ID 056a:00b3 Wacom Co., Ltd

dmesg:
        input: Wacom Intuos3 12x12 as /class/input/input2
        usbcore: registered new driver wacom
        drivers/usb/input/wacom.c: v1.45:USB Wacom Graphire and Wacom Intuos        
        tablet driver

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
linuxwacom-0.7.4.3-2.el5-x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attach Intuos 3 tablet
2. Start X
3. Attempt to use tablet
  
Actual results:
Cursor is not functional

Expected results:
Table works for normal use

Additional info:
Tested succesfully against upstream 1.46 driver

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.

Please test the patch and the two packages provided. I've tested them with the
Intuos3 12x12 that I received with success. Also, please let me know if you need
a binaries for those packages and for the kernel.
