Please branch and build libultrahdr in epel10.

If you do not wish to maintain libultrahdr in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS: jonathanspw);

The rawhide branch builds against epel10 cleanly.

libultrahdr is not needed for OIIO 2.5 requested for epel10, it's supported only since 3.1.6

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 45 development cycle.
Changing version to 45.
