SSH Agent servers do not validate the size of messages when processing new identity requests, which may cause the program to panic if the message is malformed due to an out of bounds read.

This is a very old vulnerability, a bogus notification.  Openbao long ago updated past this vulnerable version v0.45.0, and the current released openbao.spec says 

Provides: bundled(golang(golang.org/x/crypto)) = v0.52.0

Besides that, Openbao doesn't even use the impacted module golang.org/x/crypto/ssh/agent.
