Please fix dotnet9.0 at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
dotnet9.0 will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 46,
dotnet9.0 will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Fixing this bug is not really useful. .NET 9 will be End-of-Life'd upstream in November 2026. I plan to drop .NET 9 from Fedora 45 before that.

Nevertheless, I will rebuild dotnet9.0. The build failure is a known random crash in s390x build.
