Please fix perl-Signal-Mask at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
perl-Signal-Mask will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 46,
perl-Signal-Mask will be retired, if it still fails to build.

The perl-Thread-SigMask package has been unretired in rawhide, making perl-Signal-Mask buildable once again.
