Please fix pspp at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
pspp will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 46,
pspp will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Builds successfully in rawhide again as of pspp-2.1.1-6.fc45, rebuilt against the current gnulib in the buildroot.
