workrave failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f45

Please fix workrave at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
workrave will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 46,
workrave will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Just FYI glibmm2.4 side issue is fixed, now workrave build fails due to another reason:
