Please fix openbox-theme-mistral-thin at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to

openbox-theme-mistral-thin will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 46,
openbox-theme-mistral-thin will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 45 development cycle.
Changing version to 45.
