Please fix python-rtslib at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
python-rtslib will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 46,
python-rtslib will be retired, if it still fails to build.

@mlombard There is a bug in upstream, with whole doc/ in .gitignore resulting in manpage not being in pypi wheels. Fix in the still unmerged PR: https://github.com/open-iscsi/rtslib-fb/pull/230/changes/87bf5fc7f1ef084a46727a84f1adafc54820486f

Modified the spec file, so it uses the github release tarballs. rawhide builds successfully: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=148148904
