Description of problem:
php-pear RPM depends on php instead of php-common/php-cli


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.4.9-4

How reproducible:
Attempt to install php-pear via Yum, it will attempt to install httpd/php
instead of php-common/php-cli

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install php-pear
2. wail in despair
3.
  
Actual results:
Dependency processing results in yum attempting to install php package and its
prerequisites

Expected results:
Dependency processing results in yum attempting to install php-cli and php-common

Additional info:
If I force install the RPM, pear works fine.
