Description Guilherme de Almeida Suckevicz 2026-07-30 14:12:55 UTC
Disclaimer: Community trackers are created by Red Hat Product Security team on a best effort basis. Package maintainers are required to ascertain if the flaw indeed affects their package, before starting the update process.

An incorrectly placed cast from bytes to int allowed for server-side panic in the AES-GCM packet decoder for well-crafted inputs.

Comment 1 Dave Dykstra 2026-07-31 13:26:55 UTC
The released version 2.6.1 of OpenBao already uses golang.org/x/crypto v0.53.0 so it is not vulnerable.
