Description of problem:
bacula requires libtermcap. Please remove the requirement and link with
libncurses instead. libtermcap and termcap packages will be dropped.

Removing libtermcap-devel from BuildRequires and the following line before
%configure should fix it. Thanks.

export CPPFLAGS=-I%{_includedir}/ncurses
