OpenTelemetry-Go is the Go implementation of OpenTelemetry. Versions 1.41.0 and 1.43.0 removed raw-length rejection and it causes `Parse` to process arbitrarily large/invalid baggage headers and log errors, enabling DoS via oversized inputs. Versions 1.42.0 and 1.44.0 fix the issue.

containers-common does not ship any Golang source code or binaries, therefore it is not affected by CVE-2026-41178.

containers-common is a configuration-only package containing:
- /etc/containers/* configuration files
- /usr/share/containers/* policy files
- Documentation

CVE-2026-41178 affects compiled Go binaries that bundle go.opentelemetry.io/otel. containers-common is not such a package.

Verified with:
$ rpm -ql containers-common
(only config files, no binaries)
