FIND-001 from Project Glasswing AI-SAST audit of openshift/service-ca-operator (audit date 2026-06-09, commit unknown). The CVO-applied ClusterRoleBinding system:openshift:operator:service-ca-operator grants cluster-admin to the operator ServiceAccount. The service-ca-operator manages TLS certificates for services but cluster-admin exceeds least-privilege, granting unrestricted cluster access if the operator pod is compromised.
