Description of problem:
In the man bash, there is the description of a feature of bash being called as rbash (r as in restricted). See the RESTRICTED SHELL chapter in man bash for details.

The bash package should provide this symbolic link and add an entry for it in the /etc/shells file.

Providing a symbolic link adds no security at all.  rbash is meant to be used in
chroot-type environments where /bin/sh is not in the PATH -- otherwise, just run
'sh' and you are unrestricted.
