In the F44 ryml 0.10.0 package, `/usr/lib64/cmake/ryml/rymlConfig.cmake` starts with `find_dependency(c4core REQUIRED)`, which makes cmake find c4core so when ryml attempts to link against it, everything works. In F45's ryml 0.16.0, this line is missing, but `/usr/lib64/cmake/ryml/rymlTargets.cmake` still specifies `INTERFACE_LINK_LIBRARIES "c4core::c4core"`. As a result, cmake fails to find rapidyaml Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Attempt to build a project that uses rapidyaml via cmake find_package, like PCSX2 Actual Results: CMake Error at /usr/lib64/cmake/ryml/rymlTargets.cmake:70 (set_target_properties): The link interface of target "ryml::ryml" contains: c4core::c4core but the target was not found. Possible reasons include: * There is a typo in the target name. * A find_package call is missing for an IMPORTED target. * An ALIAS target is missing. Call Stack (most recent call first): /usr/lib64/cmake/ryml/rymlConfig.cmake:31 (include) cmake/SearchForStuff.cmake:24 (find_package) CMakeLists.txt:39 (include) (This can probably be worked around by manually find_package-ing c4core in the outer project, but this shouldn't be required.) Expected Results: cmake configuration finds c4core and succeeds
Thank you for filing this bug, and especially for testing the package so early in the Fedora 45 release cycle. I’ve raised the issue upstream at https://github.com/biojppm/rapidyaml/issues/659. Upstream has been consistently helpful in the past.

Can you please try https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2026-35b8626d8a in your COPR and let me know if it works properly for you? An equivalent way to test the update would be to just build the rapidyaml package in your COPR using the f45 or rawhide branch of Fedora’s dist-git, and then see if your dependent packages are happy.
